Previsora del Paraná is an innovative leader in funeral service management.
Leveraging these qualities, Previsora advanced in creating a web platform that manages the full life cycle of funeral services in a decentralized manner. This platform allows access from various geographic locations where its branches are located.
Starting from an initial analysis provided by the client's internal team, we launched the project using agile methodologies. We executed several Sprint cycles to develop an application that key users could begin testing in early stages.
The application covers the entire workflow of the funeral service life cycle, beginning with budgeting and followed by event organization. It also tracks the use of supplies, materials, and rooms and integrates with other systems to automate processes like communication and notifications. The process concludes with invoicing and notification to the company’s ERP system.
This project was truly innovative, achieving a significant impact. Previsora del Paraná became one of the first companies in the industry to implement this type of solution for delivering funeral services, which positively affected the quality of service provided.
The management of the service tray allows for keeping the menu of options presented to the customer up to date.To facilitate the subsequent use of the service tray, the management offers the ability to register three types of services:
- Service (acceptance): has a fixed price.
- Service with options: the price varies depending on the option chosen by the customer.
- Service with alternatives: the price varies based on the alternatives selected by the customer.
Once the service tray is configured, the system allows for registering the list of included services and their coverage for each coverage type.
This coverage-based configuration streamlines the process of creating quotes, as it retrieves the already registered services and discounts, and the user only needs to modify them if necessary.
