The most effective way to understand the potential of modern architecture is through direct experience. At Diveria, we create prototypes and wireframes that illustrate precisely how modern applications can enhance your business operations and user experience.
Our commitment to a robust DevOps culture accelerates application development, enabling faster delivery of high-quality software solutions. By integrating development and operations, we ensure seamless collaboration, continuous integration, and timely deployments.
At Diveria, we make it easy and safe for clients in the U.S. and globally to engage our services. From the moment you reach out, we prioritize protecting your intellectual property and project confidentiality by signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). This step ensures that all communication and collaboration are secure and trusted.
Once the NDA is in place, we sit down with you to define your project requirements, outlining the scope, deliverables, and timelines.
We quickly assemble a specialized team based on your needs. Within 30 days, we deploy the key team members, such as project managers and lead engineers, to begin the critical setup and project induction.
During the first month, our team integrates into your processes, completing the initial setup and conducting an induction to ensure smooth collaboration.
At the end of the first month, you will receive a detailed report on completed activities, key milestones achieved, and what’s planned for the next phase. This report ensures full transparency and clear communication.
Along with the monthly report, we provide an invoice. Paying this single invoice simplifies your operations—covering all roles from development to project management, without the complexities of individual hiring, overhead, or managing multiple contracts.
When we initiate conversations with a customer, we offer a NDA contract where both parties commit to keep sensible information confidential. In turn, we also have signed NDA contracts with our own collaborators and partners so every participant in end-to-end projects or staff augmentation contracts is engaged in making sure your project or product information is undisclosed.
In staff augmentation contracts we request estimated duration, number of people per seniority and requested skills. Ideally, we would like to know more about the project and team where our staff would be working in. You will receive an estimate with the hour rate per seniority and agreed conditions. Normally, longer or volume contracts have discounted rates.
In end-to-end projects we tipically need one or more of the following: a brief description of the expected results, a high level feature list, screen mockups or wireframes, use cases or other useful documentation. If none of these are available, we can work together with you on an early stage to quickly discover the product needs just at the necessary level of detail to get an estimate.
The recommended minimum term is 3 months.
